SELF-HELP IS AT HAND
We all need a bit of help sometimes but it’s also good to help yourself. Summer is here. Resolutions have been made. It’s time to get busy making the most of the Fire season so that you are clear on your intentions and have the self-awareness and empowerment to make good on them. It’s imperative that you look after your energy – particularly the energy of your Heart: “Queen of the System” and “Home of the Spirit”.
I would love to see you for a seasonal Shiatsu – perhaps it’s just what you need to kick-start, sustain or round off your Heart-nurturing Summer. So, by all means come in, lie down and enjoy some Zen Bliss. Take note, however, there are already some resources at your fingertips. In the weeks to come, I will put up a series of specifically “Heart dedicated” posts to help you make this an even better Summer. In the meantime …
