SELF-HELP IS AT HAND
We all need a bit of help sometimes but it’s also good to help yourself. Summer, season of the Fire Element is well and truly here. Resolutions have been made. It’s time to get busy making the most of the rising energy of the season. Start by being sure that you are clear on your intentions and have the self-awareness and empowerment to make good on them. It’s imperative that you look after your energy – particularly energy of your Heart: “Queen of the System” and “Home of the Spirit”.

Get in touch with your Fire Element and Heart energy
I suggest you try Masunaga’s Makko Ho, simple Zen energy exercises to release and tonify the all four Summer meridians: Heart, Small Intestine, Heart Protector & Triple Heater.
Perhaps you would like to focus specifically on your Heart energy?
