Tempting as it may don’t allow yourself to become a Winter couch potato. Get outdoors and get moving. Brisk walking and/or, if you like, running are easy and excellent Winter pursuits. They encourage you to breathe deeply and clear out your chest and sinuses – warding off the Winter lurgies. While moving, be conscious of the action of the ankle and sole of the foot. Your Kidney energy governs your ability to do and Kidney 1, snuggled centrally just below the ball of the foot, enables your forward movement – keeping you grounded as you journey through life.
